We would like to inform our customers that there will be a change of Rule Tariff 24, effective from January 4, 2009. From this date, an administration fee of US$200 per container will be billed if a cargo commodity is misdeclared.

This is in addition to the current rule which states that the same fee will apply to cargo weight either under-declared or over-declared by the shipper by 2 tons or more than the actual cargo weight, which shall be billed to the account of cargo.
