Intra-Europe Trade – Peak Season Surcharge (PSS)

With the imbalance of export over import to St. Petersburg, OOCL will be implementing a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) in order to maintain competitive products and viable service levels for customers.
The PSS is applied to cargo loading from St. Petersburg including Ust-Luga on or after March 1.
