Dear Valued Customer,
VGM declaration has been part of daily shipping operations for over a decade. To better support your day-to-day work, we will update the VGM Declaration function in My OOCL Center (MOC) from 7th September 2026.
The way you submit VGM will remain the same, so you can continue using the steps you are familiar with. We have improved the page layout to make shipment information easier to check and the declaration process easier to complete.
With the updated function, you can continue to:
- Retrieve shipment details using the booking number
- Submit VGM for one or more containers under the same booking
- Use the VGM calculator or enter the VGM directly
- Review the declaration before submitting
- Check or update previously submitted VGM records
- Set up email reminders before the VGM due date and receive notifications on the submission status
You can access the function as usual in My OOCL Center (MOC) under Documentation > VGM Declaration.
