Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Office Administration & Facilities Management
Job Location
Hong Kong Office
- Manage daily office administration and support supervision of a small administrative team.
- Coordinate and monitor repair and maintenance (R&M) works, including hands-on support when required.
- Support office relocation, renovation projects, and asset management.
- Liaise with contractors and the Building Management Office (BMO) on maintenance, security, and building services.
- Monitor and evaluate contractor, vendor, and service provider performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing office administration policies and best practices.
- Support budget control, payment processing, and service contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental requirements, and corporate policies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in MNCs or sizable organizations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position.
