Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Office Administration & Facilities Management

Job Location​​​

Hong Kong Office​

 

Accountabilities


  • Manage daily office administration and support supervision of a small administrative team. 
  • Coordinate and monitor repair and maintenance (R&M) works, including hands-on support when required. 
  • Support office relocation, renovation projects, and asset management. 
  • Liaise with contractors and the Building Management Office (BMO) on maintenance, security, and building services. 
  • Monitor and evaluate contractor, vendor, and service provider performance. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing office administration policies and best practices. 
  • Support budget control, payment processing, and service contract administration. 
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental requirements, and corporate policies. 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and participate in special projects as assigned. 



​Requirements

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in MNCs or sizable organizations is an advantage. 
  • Strong communication an​d interpersonal skills. 
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively. 
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position.
