Assistant Manager - Administration (Travel Management)

Job Location​​​

Hong Kong Office​

 

Accountabilities


  • Travel Management Monitoring for Headquarters and Regional Offices. 
  • Develop, review, and enforce travel policies & standard operating procedures. 
  • Liaise and negotiate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and vendors.  
  • Manage, evaluate and renew service contracts with travel agencies and business travel partnering companies. 
  • Monitor travel expenses, prepare reports, and recommend cost‑control measures across Headquarters and Regional Offices. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align travel arrangements with business needs.  
  • Handle urgent travel changes, disruptions, and emergencies.  
  • Provide safety guidelines for business travel as needed.  
  • Support travel related system enhancements and process improvements.  
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.  



​Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.   
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience focus on corporate travel arrangements in MNC, with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience preferred.  
  • Proven experience in setting up, enforcing travel policies and standard operating procedures.  
  • Familiar with airline reservation systems and online booking platforms.  
  • Knowledge of visa application and travel safety requirements.  
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skill.s  
  • Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and detail‑ori​ented.  
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent requests.  
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua   
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
