Assistant Manager - International Administration

Job Location​​​

Hong Kong Office​

 

Accountabilities


  • Oversee international office administration operations and functions, including office leasing, renovations and relocations, apartment leases, and car leases.  
  • Coordinate with regional administrative teams on office services, supplies, and daily operational needs.  
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing office administration policies and practices across international offices to ensure alignment with corporate standards and consistent application.  
  • Proactively drive system enhancement initiatives by identifying user needs and potential new features to replace manual processes within the team. 
  • Review global office budget preparation, conduct data analysis as required, and monitor actual spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets. 
  • Provide support for international office administrative projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. 
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects as assigned. 



​Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Bu​siness Administration or related disciplines   
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience; experience in MNCs or sizable companies is an advantage 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent customer servicing skills and ability to handle internal customers and external vendors 
  • Efficient, self-initiated, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-minded  
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus 
  • Proficient in MS Office and Share Point (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc)  ​
