Assistant Manager - Account Servicing​

Accountabilities


  • Act as the focal point to provide end-to-end HR account services to HQ and Regional departments in Hong Kong and overseas. 
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions with focuses on talent acquisition, induction, staff movement and relations management in Hong Kong offices. 
  • Work closely with overseas HR teams and HQ Management on daily HR services covering headcount management and HR life cycle staffing matters in overseas offices. 
  • Coordinate annual exercises including annual headcount budget, salary review and bonus distribution etc. with C&B team and Management. 
  • Administer HRIS and prepare various HR management reports and analysis. 
  • Support in various employee relations initiatives and projects. 



​Requirements​

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline 
  •  Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Account Servicing, preferably with solid MNC background with regional/international HR exposure, in particular Hong Kong, PRC, USA and the UK. 
  • Stronge interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Good command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
