Assistant Manager - Account Servicing
Job Location
Hong Kong Office
- Act as the focal point to provide end-to-end HR account services to HQ and Regional departments in Hong Kong and overseas.
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions with focuses on talent acquisition, induction, staff movement and relations management in Hong Kong offices.
- Work closely with overseas HR teams and HQ Management on daily HR services covering headcount management and HR life cycle staffing matters in overseas offices.
- Coordinate annual exercises including annual headcount budget, salary review and bonus distribution etc. with C&B team and Management.
- Administer HRIS and prepare various HR management reports and analysis.
- Support in various employee relations initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Account Servicing, preferably with solid MNC background with regional/international HR exposure, in particular Hong Kong, PRC, USA and the UK.
- Stronge interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
