Assistant Manager - Compensation & Benefits

- Drive the revamp and digitalization of C&B workflows, identify process optimization opportunities.
- Participate in reviewing and formulating C&B policies and procedures to ensure statutory compliance and support business needs.
- Conduct HR research, internal/external C&B benchmarking studies.
- Handle full spectrum of C&B operations, including payroll, MPF, taxation, leave administration, employee benefits and expatriate management.
- Manage various C&B exercises including pay trend survey, budgeting, salary review & bonus distribution, insurance review and other projects.
- Handle HRIS updates, maintenance and enhancement.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in C&B, preferably with solid MNC background, including expatriate tax management in particular PRC.
- Solid track record in revamping and implementing C&B initiatives, policies, systems and projects
- Strong numeric sense and analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with good command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
