Assistant Manager ​/ Deputy Manager - People Development & Knowledge Management​ ​(Talent Management)​​

Accountabilities


  • Manage and deliver people development initiatives, including e-learning, functional training, and trainee development programs, in close collaboration with HQ and global HR teams. 
  • Lead the implementation of trainee development interventions; partner with HR Account Servicing team to manage various trainee programs and support trainees’ ongoing development. 
  • Drive an integrated talent management approach covering trainee recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and post-program development support. 
  • Support talent review processes by identifying high-potential employees, building talent pools, and designing individualized development plans. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Company-wide talent management frameworks, competency models, and dual career pathways aligned with long-term business objectives. 
  • Support the rollout and execution of global leadership programs and talent initiatives to strengthen leadership pipeline.   
  • Manage training budgets and resource allocation and ensure cost-effective execution of development initiatives.  
  • Prepare management reports & analysis. 
  • Handle new projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned. 



​Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent management or talent development at headquarters or regional level, preferably in MNCs. 
  • Solid experience in administering talent programs and people development–related initiatives, including trainee programmes and/or succession planning.  
  • Exposure to talent acquisition activities is an advantage. 
  • Strong achievement drive with proven analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua.  
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered for the Deputy Manager position.
