Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - People Development & Knowledge Management (Learning & Development)​

Accountabilities


  • Lead and deliver end-to-end people development initiatives, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of soft-skill, functional, and e-learning programs, in collaboration with HQ and global HR teams.  
  • Plan and execute “just-in-time” customized learning solutions (e-learning and face-to-face) to address organizational and functional training needs.  
  • Manage and optimize the global e-learning platform to enhance engagement, accessibility, and learning effectiveness.  
  • Review people development frameworks and guiding principles to ensure consistent global application and alignment with group standards.  
  • Manage the internal trainer pool and support the delivery of global leadership and talent programs to build a sustainable leadership pipeline.  
  • Manage training budgets and resource allocation and ensure cost-effective execution of development initiatives.  
  • Prepare management reports & analysis. 
  • Handle new projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned. 



​Requirements

  • ​Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in learning and development at headquarters or regional level, preferably in MNCs. 
  • Solid experience in designing, delivering, and administering learning programs and people development initiatives.  
  • Strong achievement drive with proven problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Experience in developing internal trainers is an advantage.  
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua.  
  • Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Deputy Manager position.
