Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

- To execute traffic-related processes and achieve the defined KPI targets by:
- collaborating with concerned stakeholders for cargo prospect, optimal loading per business priorities, and contingency planning for service recovery.
- monitoring potential and actual idling, loading risks, and opportunities through systems and analytic tools, and taking prompt actions.
- timely updating the respective systems and reports according to defined accountability, processes, and timelines.
- To coordinate with concerned traffic teams for optimal coastal top-up opportunities.
- To contribute to traffic management-related digital transformation projects.
Requirements
- University graduate in Business, Shipping & Logistics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the container shipping industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure, possess business sense and being team-oriented.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Applications. Proficiency in Analytical Tools (Spotfire, Tableau) is a plus.
