Senior Officer - C&B of Fleet Personnel
Job Location
Hong Kong Office
- Compute crew wages, remittance, Master cash advance, AIP Bonus, other payment vouchers timely and properly
- Process and monitor agent’s invoices to ensure proper verification and settlement.
- Attend vessels and handle crew-related matters as required
- Arrange Uniform supply for crew
- Arrange Renewal of Collective Bargaining Agreement or Article Agreement annually
- Assist crew to submit license application and certification in compliance with local authority of Hong Kong
- Handle crew medical enrollment or reimbursement and insurance matters
- Maintain and update records in document library properly
- Ad hoc job assigned by Supervisor if required
Requirements
- University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in shipping industry
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance
- Proven initiative, meticulous, diligent and attentive to details
- Mature, well organized & result-oriented
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint
