Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager -​ Landside Operations​

Job Location


Hong Kong Office​

Accountabilities 

  • To produce and analyze reports for cost analysis and exceptions monitoring
  • To communicate with regional offi​​ces on cost reduction initiatives and operations related issues
  • To communicate with other functional units about any process improvements and actions required
  • To support Landside Operations team on regional specific studies
  • To ensure cost data accuracy and integrity in in-house system
  • To work on ad hoc projects 


Requirements

 

  • University graduate in Business or Shipping and Logistics related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in shipping and logistics
  • Good communication, decision making and problem solving skills with analytical mind
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proactive, result-driven and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
  • Competent in using MS Office Applications
