Senior Officer - Fleet Personnel
Job Location
Hong Kong Office
- Assist the Unit Head in sourcing, recruiting, and developing qualified sea staff, while continuously monitoring and evaluating their performance
- Identify training needs and develop training plans, including sourcing training content and designing the framework and structure of training programs
- Coordinate, facilitate, and monitor the implementation of training programs for sea staff and relevant stakeholders
- Support cadet recruitment and contribute to the administration, development, and sustainability of the Cadet Program
- Administer the crew e-learning platform and Crew Evaluation System (CES) under the guidance of the Unit Head
- Review performance assessments and consolidate promotion recommendations for sea staff for Management approval
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Strong learning agility and a proactive approach to personal and professional development
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Ordinance
- Diligent, meticulous, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Mature, well-organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application
