Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Company Secretarial
Job Location
Hong Kong Office
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties to ensure compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and all other applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars and other related documents
- Assist in organising general meetings, board meetings and committees’ meetings and preparing minutes and associated documents
- Attend ad-hoc projects/ assignments
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
- Maintain and update the statutory records and the secretarial filing systems
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Member of HKCGI
- At least 4 years of company secretarial experience, with in-house exposure preferably gained in a sizeable company (candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position)
- Sound knowledge in Main Board Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and related reporting requirements, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, relevant compliance regulations and corporate governance developments
- Well organized, detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility, good time management and ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Mature, strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing and Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua
