Senior Officer/Assistant Manager, Company Secretarial​​

Accountabilities


  • ​Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties to ensure compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and all other applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars and other related documents
  • Assist in organising general meetings, board meetings and committees’ meetings and preparing minutes and associated documents
  • Attend ad-hoc projects/ assignments
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties
  • ​Maintain and update the statutory records and the secretarial filing systems​



​Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Member of HKCGI
  • At least 4 years of company secretarial experience, with in-house exposure preferably gained in a sizeable company (candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position)
  • Sound knowledge in Main Board Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and related reporting requirements, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, relevant compliance regulations and corporate governance developments
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility, good time management and ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Mature, strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing and Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua​
