Manager - International Compensation & Benefits (HR Systems)

- System Management, Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Act as the system owner and steward of the Company's in-house HR systems and related HR applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the continuous enhancement and optimization of HR systems and digital workflows to improve efficiency, user experience, and service delivery across global HR teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend new HR technologies, automation solutions, and AI-powered applications that support business growth, operational excellence, and workforce transformation.
- Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement system upgrades, new functionalities, and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications and ensure appropriate system configuration and implementation.
- Develop and execute the HR technology roadmap to support evolving business and organizational needs.
- Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead and support HR system-related projects, including system implementation, enhancements, testing, process redesign, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor project deliverables to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Data Governance, Analytics & Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data across all HR systems.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
- Promote data-driven HR practices through advanced reporting and visualization tools.
- User Support, Change Management & Training
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to HR users and employees on HR systems and related processes.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and communication plans to facilitate successful system adoption.
- Lead change management initiatives to maximize user engagement and system utilization.
- Compliance, Security & Risk Management
- Ensure HR systems comply with internal policies, data governance standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain HR data privacy, security controls, and audit compliance.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR systems and data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related areas, with proven experience in HR system implementation, enhancement, or digital transformation projects.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager positions.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems administration, system enhancement, process automation, and project management.
- Experience with HR digital transformation initiatives, workflow automation, AI applications, or data analytics tools will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
