Accountabilities

• ​Update guideline rates into system for offline sales channel 
• Update Freight Smart rates into system for online sales channel 
• Audit rates with shipment  
• Label SSO2 routes into system, both online and offline sales channels    
• Generate customers’ performance report 
• Support Commercial Team to fulfill Commercial KPIs  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in Shipping, Logistics or Business related disciplines ​
  
• Detail-minded, sensitive to figures and able to work independently under pressure 
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua an added advantage  
• Proficiency in MS office Application  ​
