Senior Officer - Digital & Intelligent Transformation, Fleet Technical

- Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of marine engineering digital systems, equipment monitoring systems, and data analytics platforms, while standardizing digital operational processes
- Analyze equipment performance, energy consumption, failure patterns, and maintenance costs; develop operational models and recommend optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Support the optimization of equipment maintenance, spare parts management, and troubleshooting processes, and establish standardized digital operating procedures to promote refined management practices
- Keep abreast of emerging digital technologies and industry best practices, and support the advancement of fleet digitalization and intelligent management systems
Requirements
- University graduate in Naval Architecture, Computer Science, Data Science, or other related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in the shipping industry, marine engineering management, or fleet digitalization or intelligentization projects. Familiarity with marine operations is required, and relevant project experience is highly preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and execution skills, with sound analytical thinking, a high sense of responsibility, the ability to work under pressure, and an innovative mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, programming tools, and digital management platforms. Strong capabilities in system operations, data analytics, and cross-platform data integration, with the ability to drive process improvements through digital solutions
