Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - International Compensation & Benefits (HR Systems)

- System Management & Enhancement:
- Be the steward of in-house built HR system and other HR-related peripheral applications, ensuring their smooth operation, optimization, and alignment with Company’s organizational goals.
- Enhance and optimize system functionality with objective to empower the efficiency of global HR teams
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and ensure proper configuration.
- Support HR system-related projects, including rollout, testing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Data Integrity & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems.
- Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to HR users and employees on system usage.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed.
- Ensure HR systems comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Monitor data privacy and security protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS management, preferably with experience in leading system implementation or transformation projects.
- Proficiency in HR systems administration and enhancement project
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.
