Accountabilities

​

• Provide analytical support to the dual-brand analysis team and regularly publish revenue and performance reports for both dual-brand and single-brand businesses. 
• Coordinate the team to conduct ad-hoc analyses and support decision-making based on management requests. 
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of revenue and analysis reports. 
• Prepare revenue, performance, and management analysis reports to support commercial decision-making. 
• Continuously drive enhancements in analytical methodologies, report quality, and tool utilization. 
• Support and participate in the gradual application and development of AI / data analytics tools within YMC analytical work. ​

​Requirements

• ​University degree in shipping, logistics, business analysis, data analysis or related field. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position 
• Basic knowledge of revenue analysis, P&L calculations, or commercial analysis, with a fundamental understanding of trade lanes, cost structures, and revenue drivers 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments 
• Solid analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently under pressure while ensuring delivery quality 
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred 
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel or Power BI 
• AI or Data Analytics Capabilities (Preferred​, with development opportunities provided) 
• Basic understanding of or interest in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) or data analytics in revenue analysis, management reporting, or commercial decision support. 
• Candidates with any of the following experience or backgrounds will be considered a plus: 
• Exposure or participation in AI, data analytics, automated reporting, or digitalization-related projects 
• Familiarity with analytical or reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel automation (depth of expertise not limited) 
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements and communicate effectively with IT / data teams 
• Open-minded toward new tools and analytical methods, with a willingness to gradually learn and apply AI-related capabilities in practical work
