Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Corporate Process Data Analytics
Job Location
Hong Kong Office
- To build business analytics visualization through data citizen development
- To gain insight and address business issues through data exploration
- To prepare and communicate operational updates on vessel and industrial incidents
- To work in Traffic & Disruption Recovery Sections for short-term to gain hands-on experience
- To work closely with ISD on projects delivery and first line support on production issues
- To provide trainings and rollout of analytics and applications to headquarter functions and regional users in global
- To transform TCC end-to-end process workflow to new digitalization platform
- University graduate in Business and Information System related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in shipping industry
- Hands-on experience in data analytics with Tableau / Spotfire / Power BI
- Good communication, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
- Self-initiative and sensitive to figures and details
- Able to work independently and under pressure; possess business sense
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin preferred
- Competent in Windows applications
