Position 

Product Support Specialist​


Job Location​

Hong Kong Office

 

Accountabilities


  • Monitor application, systems and data to ensure quality deliverables          
  • Handle customer enquiries via emails, live-chats and phone calls 
  • Assist in statistics analysis and monitor the usage log and performance 
  • Assist to identify support trends and potential product enhancement 
  • Prepare and conduct training to customers 



Requirements

 

  • Degree in business administration, e-Logistics, e-Commerce, Supply Chain or related discipline is preferred 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin 
  • Basic experience or knowledge in trading, shipping, import or export will be an advantage 
  • Well-organized, responsible, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure 
  • Good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ​
  • Technical Proficiency: 
    • Basic knowledge of file formats (XML, JSON, CSV, flat files). 
    • Basic SQL knowledge for querying databases. 
    • Basic knowledge with FTP/SFTP, AS2, and other data transmission protocols. 
    • Basic IT & Troubleshooting Skills, understanding of error logs and basic debugging. 
    • Ability to assist in monitoring EDI transactions and resolving failures. 
  • Shift duty is required
