Manager – Financial Accounting
Job Location
Hong Kong Office
- To lead a team to support preparation of month-end, quarter-end, interim and year-end group reporting packages to the holding company.
- Support the holding company to compliant with the Shanghai Stock Exchange listing rules, fulfillment of the requirements of SASAC or any other national bodies in terms of the financial reporting and disclosure
- To maintain and continuously streamline the group accounting work processes, policies and guidelines in compliant with the PRC GAAP
- To produce high-quality analysis on ad hoc basis and assist in other ad hoc assignments when required.
- To lead, manage, motivate and develop staff under supervision.
- To reward good performance and encourage its repetition by nominating appropriate awards.
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or related discipline.
- Qualified accountant.
- Min. 8 years’ work experience in the Accounting field with at least 3 years in managerial level.
- Managerial level work experience in Big Four audit firms.
- Knowledge in shipping industry and PRC GAAP will be a definite advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven and can work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Good in interpersonal, leadership and time management skills.
- Computer literate in Excel/Word/Access/SAP.
- Proficient spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
