Assistant Manager - Product Development
Job Location
Hong Kong Office
- To drive product design initiatives and continuous enhancements for FreightSmart platforms.
- To analyze eCommerce market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- To act as Project Manager to coordinate with Trade teams, headquarters, and regional stakeholders to gather business requirements, and collaborate with ISD to deliver eCommerce platform solutions.
- To ensure alignment of product development with business objectives and customer experience standards.
- To analyze customer needs, behaviors, and trends to generate actionable insights that support business decision making.
- To apply strong commercial sense to evaluate market opportunities and product performance.
- To leverage customer insights and commercial knowledge to propose tailored product packages to Trade teams, enhancing value proposition and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Degree holder preferably in Business, Economics, E-commerce, or related disciplines.
- Solid experience in ocean carrier industry; experience in eCommerce or commercial functions is an advantage.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated fast learner, a problem-solver with a growth mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
