Coordinator - International HR Service​

Accountabilities

 

  • Staff record capturing and data maintenance in HCMS.
  • Organizational Chart updates for each region.
  • E-Learning management and training record maintenance.
  • Job posting in both internal and external website.
  • HR related reports analysis.
  • Standardize HR practice according to corporate guidelines.
  • Help local HR to understand system, guide policies and other corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with international HR team in Headquarter in daily work.

 

Requirements

 

  • Good command in English and Chinese, CET-6 is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated to meet challenging targets.
  • Able to communicate with internal and external skillfully.
  • Able to prepare the HR related report by using excel.
  • Able to target the system problem.
  • Customer-focused and has strong sense of responsibility.
