Job Location
Shanghai Office
- Staff record capturing and data maintenance in HCMS.
- Organizational Chart updates for each region.
- E-Learning management and training record maintenance.
- Job posting in both internal and external website.
- HR related reports analysis.
- Standardize HR practice according to corporate guidelines.
- Help local HR to understand system, guide policies and other corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with international HR team in Headquarter in daily work.
Good command in English and Chinese, CET-6 is a must.
Proficient in MS Office.
Self-motivated to meet challenging targets.
Able to communicate with internal and external skillfully.
Able to prepare the HR related report by using excel.
Able to target the system problem.
Customer-focused and has strong sense of responsibility.
