My life in OOCL started in 1999 as a Customer Services Representative. With the booming business expansion of OCHL in the past decade, I was fortunate enough to catch the ‘career development express’ through various job rotation opportunities.

I cherished the experience of working in customer services/operations on the frontline, which helped me master basic shipping knowledge and broaden my business perspective. Being a member of the Business Process and System team also let me witness the development of OOCL’s advanced IT capability and professional process improvement towards quality of service.

My position provides me with a great chance to gain more business knowledge as well as an in-depth understanding of requirements from customers of different cultural backgrounds. I enjoy working with our passionate and efficient colleagues. I am excited by the company initiatives and projects which help enhance my personal knowledge and skills.  With this kind of support, I believe I can create more values for our customers and the company.
