Hong Kong (China) Office Supports Caregivers with Handmade Aroma Stones
In August 2023, Hong Kong (China) office organized a DIY aroma stone project to call on colleagues to handcraft soothing aroma stones to donate to caregivers to alleviate their stress.
The difficult situation faced by caregivers of family members has been a concern over recent years. The task of caregiving inflicts daily pressures of physical hard work and mental stress. That is why improving support for caregivers has become important.
A total of 60 colleagues across Hong Kong (China) offices volunteered to make the aroma stones with DIY kits at home during leisure time. All the aroma stones were later sent to the NGO of Yan Oi Tong to further distribute to families with caregivers. The activity served as a good opportunity for colleagues to help people in need. Through this handmade gift of aroma stone, our colleagues sent out their regards to the caregivers in the city and contributed to alleviate their stress in some way.
