Malaysia Colleagues Offer Relief Supplies to Flood Victims

Floods are common in Malaysia during the annual monsoon season between October and March, particularly on the country's eastern coast. The continuous torrential rain in December 2021 hit worst in the western state of Selangor – Malaysia's most populous region surrounding the capital Kuala Lumpur. The floods caused massive damage that greatly impacted the daily lives of many families and made the restoration work extra difficult.

During these challenging times, colleagues in Malaysia assisted the communities by donating 100 packs of necessities, including rice, sugar, salt, flour, instant noodles, canned food and beverages, to the victims via the Lions Club of Sentul Kuala Lumpur.

We are glad to be able to help the victims within our capabilities, and hope the contributions will help relieve the burden of the affected families.
