OOCL France Colleagues Support Breast Cancer Awareness through L’Amazone Race
On June 7, 2026, colleagues from OOCL France participated in L’Amazone, a 6-kilometer solidarity run-walk held in Le Havre, France, in support of breast cancer awareness.
The annual event brings together participants from across the community to create a highly visible “pink wave” throughout the city. It aims to promote prevention and early detection while showing support for patients, survivors, and their families.
As a well-known regional event, L’Amazone attracts participants of all ages, including employees from many organizations. This year’s theme, “Far West,” added a lively touch, with participants incorporating cowboy-inspired elements into their pink event attire. OOCL France colleagues actively joined the initiative, contributing to a vibrant and supportive atmosphere.
Through their participation, OOCL France colleagues demonstrated the company’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and wellbeing initiatives. The event also supports fundraising efforts for breast cancer research, early screening programs, and patient support services.
