Singapore Colleagues Pack and Deliver Gifts to Underprivileged Children
2020 has been an unusually challenging year for everyone around the world. Yet, it does not stop our colleagues from contributing to the community. This year, our Singapore office has partnered with a non-profit organization (NGO) Beyond Social Services to support children from less privileged families. Our colleagues contributed their time and efforts in preparing and delivering around 100 gift bags (filled with stationeries, sanitary kits and snacks) for students.

Our partnering NGO Beyond Social Services is dedicated to helping the children and youths from less privileged backgrounds to break away from the poverty cycle. In our project, we supported children whose parents have been out of jobs due to COVID-19.
10 volunteering colleagues packed the gift bags in early December. On Saturday, December 19, our 14 volunteers got in groups of three to distribute the gift bags to 99 beneficiaries at their houses. At the housing blocks, our colleagues went door knocking from floor to floor, greeting the beneficiaries and delivering the gifts.
Apart from spreading love to the community, it certainly was a workout day for our volunteering colleagues too. Yet the tiredness was all worth it, when we saw the big smiles from the children receiving these gifts! It was a very fulfilling experience to us.
A big thank-you goes out to all colleagues who have contributed towards this good cause, as it would not be successful without their caring hearts.
