This year, our Singapore office partnered with Autism Association (Singapore) – a social service agency dedicated to supporting and serving individuals on the autism spectrum – for OSPL’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) project of the year. The project included a 3-month donation drive to support the association’s center services, and an outing for the students from the center on October 20, 2023.

The donation drive ran from August 1 to October 31 to raise funds from colleagues, customers, vendors and partners to call for stakeholders to make a difference in the lives of individuals across the autism spectrum. All the funds raised were donated to the Eden Centre for Adults to support their future programs and services.

On October 20, the Singapore office enriched the CSR project by organizing an outing to a local bird park for the adult students from the center. 10 colleagues from the office volunteered and accompanied 9 adult students in the presence of 5 coaches to make the bird watching trip an enjoyable and engaging experience.

Our colleagues also acted as caregivers of the students, and learned more about the challenges and needs of the individuals on the autism spectrum. The CSR project of partnering with Autism Association (Singapore) was a successful and meaningful initiative thanks to the generosity of the campaign donors and volunteers.
