Service Request is a new feature only available in My OOCL Center. If you want to request OOCL to change or perform additional services for your shipment, you can submit this request through the Service Request function. You can also monitor the status of your request in the ‘My request’ table on the My OOCL Center homepage and through e-mail notifications.

Create Service Request
- According to the services available to your location, you can pick and submit relevant service request to OOCL.
To Do List Search
- Whenever OOCL needs you to perform certain tasks, it will show on your To-Do-List.
- E-mail notification is also available.
My Request Search
- You can monitor the status of every Service Request you submitted to OOCL.
- E-mail notification is also available.
Interaction History
- You can search and view the detailed audit trail of the shipment.

To begin using Service Request, your company administrator must grant you access to Service Request in your user profile.
