OOCL, together with its Grand Alliance Partners - Hapag-Lloyd Container Line, NYK Line, MISC and P&O Nedlloyd, has won Best Container-Shipping Alliance, at the Asian Freight and Supply Chain Awards - for the second consecutive year. Grand Alliance beat another two finalists to win the coveted trophy. Of greatest significance is the fact that the award was voted on by Cargonews Asia’s 13,000-strong readership - comprising predominantly of shippers.
The award was announced at a gala dinner at the Hyatt Regency in Shanghai on 12 May.
