​OOCL Launches Improved, User-Friendly e-Forms Access

Orient Overseas Container Line is pleased to announce that its new e-Forms, available on both the local and international websites, have been improved with even more user-friendly access, effective December 6, 2006.

In line with our numerous automated services, reducing paperwork and time-consuming and expensive phone calls, OOCL has increased its e-Forms options, allowing customers simplified access to documents – all at the click of a button.

For country websites, this means that OOCL customers can access the e-Forms most relevant to them, whenever they need them.

Two options available to access OOCL’s e-Forms:

Option 1: Go to “e-SERVICES” >> “e- Forms & Vessel Certificate” (by clicking a list of countries/regions)

Option 2: Go to “Local Site” >> “Local Information” >> “e-Forms & vessel Certificate,” or
Go to “Resource Centre” >> “Vessel Certificate”
