Senior Management Appointments at OOCL

OOCL is pleased to announce the following changes in our headquarters and strategic management positions, effective from July 1, 2012:

Mr. Michael Kwok will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer, with responsibilities covering Trades and Corporate Logistics functions.  Currently as Director of Trades since 2010, Mr. Kwok brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role for having served OOCL and its subsidiaries in various capacities for 33 years, including as Director of Intra-Asia Trade and Head of Fleet Management and Corporate Logistics.

Mr. Stephen Ng will become the Director of Trades, with responsibilities in the management of three major east west trades, Intra-Europe trade, and the Grand Alliance and G6 Alliance activities.  Mr. Ng will continue to be the spokesman for OOCL.

Mr. Paul Devine will remain as General Manager of Corporate Logistics with additional responsibilities to overseeing the Public Relations & Promotion and Research & New Markets departments.
