LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Carrier, the Vessel, her owner(s), operator(s), demise, time, slot and space charterers shall be entitled to the same rights of limitation as are or would be available to the owner of the Vessel under the Brussels Limitation Convention of 1957, the London Limitation Convention of 1976 or any other applicable convention, statute or law, governing the rights of shipowners to limit their liability in accordance with the tonnage or value of the Vessel in the jurisdiction in which any claim is brought under this Bill of Lading.
