Combined Demurrage & Detention (DD2in1/Detention) Free Time and Charges effective July 3rd, 2023
Covering shipments to/from all destinations/origins via German ports HAMBURG / BREMERHAVEN / WILHELMSHAVEN only
Export - Free time for outbound combined Demurrage and Detention (DD2in1) shall commence on the first calendar day after empty container is picked up from carrier's facility and end at 23:59 pm on the same day of cargo cut off.

For Marine Terminals: Calculation shall commence at 00:00am on the first calendar day after vessel discharge, and end at 23:59pm on the same day of container's empty return.
Other than Marine Terminals: Calculation shall commence at 00:00am on the first calendar day after last hub arrival, and end at 23:59pm on the same day of containers's empty return.

Quay Rent (Storage) Free Time and Charges effective July 3rd, 2023
Note: If containers are delivered to terminals, not followed by oceanside transportation, Quay rent Free-times are not applicable. Tariff Charges will apply as per Tariff from the day a container is delivered until the day a container is issued, without consideration of free-times.
