OOCL is actively participating in an industry forum, to facilitate the introduction and practical management of the new EU Green List Regulations which came into effect on 12th July.
Whilst discussions with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and the Environment Agency continue, shippers of scrap metal, waste paper or plastic and other products covered by the new rules are asked to confirm in writing, in the form of a Letter of Intent, their acceptance of OOCL’s Waste Product Booking Conditions.
