we would like to inform you that effective May 7, 2008 (cargo receipt date) an Empty Positioning Charge of USD 150 per Teu will be introduced for all cargo originating in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Applicable for all US loops and loops via Montreal.
