Dear customer, 

kindly note, according to the approvals of the Council of Ministers, the Port of Bandar Abbas has been considered as a Special Economic Zone.  Also Ports & Shipping Organization (P.S.O.) has been assigned as the responsible organization for Special Economic Zones. 

Thus, all manifest and bills of lading arriving/departing the Port of Bandar Abbas, Iran, effective from 22 JULY 2008, will require these documents with port of discharge, place of delivery, place of receipt and port of loading to show as: 

Shahid Rajaee Port S.E.Z, Bandar Abbas, Persian Gulf”

Any non-compliance may involve penalties from customs authorities.
