we would like to inform you that effective May 15, 2008 (cargo receipt date) an Empty Positioning Charge of USD 300 per Reefer container will be introduced for all shipments with origin (empty pick up) in Norfolk, Savannah, Charleston, Houston, New Orleans and Chicago. Applicable for all US loops and loops via Montreal.
