Dear customer,

Due to the rising costs for diesel fuel OOCL will introduce an Inland Fuel Surcharge of 3% on all truck transports in Germany effective March 1st, 2008.

Please note following extract from our Inland Transport terms and conditions:

Fuel Surcharge for truck and barge combined transports is based on a gross diesel price of maximum 1.15 Eur/Liter inclusive. We reserve the right to increase transport costs by 1% for each 3 Eurocent over a diesel fuel price of 1.15 Eur/Liter if necessary.
