With the introduction of HABIS Zoll in customs-free zone, which will come to effect for TFG as of January 14, 2008, workflows concerning the presenting of release notes for plant inspection for wood packaging changes.

The approval of plant regulation documents for wood packaging has so far been presented to the customs office in line with the train list by Railion. After the introduction of HABIS Zoll train lists have not to be presented at customs office anymore and conveyance to free circulation has to be conducted prior to presenting the documents. Therefore relevant documents for customs clearing have to be presented directly at the customs office in charge (as well as previous procedure at CTA).

As plant regulation approvals are currently adjusted from hard copy to electronical data processing, we kindly ask you to contact your customs office directly regarding future processes.
