We are pleased to provide you with the Terminal Handling Charges (THC), Port Security Charges (ISPS) as well as European Outport Arbitraries that will come into effect on October 1st 2008. The new Surcharges will be applicable to cargo moving inbound and outbound, across all trade lanes / services operated by OOCL unless otherwise stated.
