To avoid direct invoicing of export storage charges to you by HHLA, we would like to re-iterate the importance of filling in the correct "Offerten Nummer" in field 41 on the export dock receipt form HDS (Hafendatensatz)/Schiffszettel.

In case of a missing or wrong "Offerten Nummer" in the export dock receipt form HDS (Hafendatensatz)/Schiffszettel we will charge an Administration Fee of EUR 25 effective February 1st, 2008 for any resulting invoice queries.

To obtain the new "Offerten Nummer" valid throughout the year 2008 please contact your local OOCL office in Germany.
