effective from March 16, 2009 until May 1st, 2009 following weight limitations will apply for truck transports in Canada / to US Crossborder:

Intra Canada (between Quebec and Ontario):
20ft standard container       up to 42,000 lbs cargo weight 
20ft reefer container           up to 39,000 lbs cargo weight
40ft standard container       up to 52,000 lbs cargo weight
40ft reefer container           up to 48,000 lbs cargo weight

US Crossborder (between Quebec and USA):
20ft standard container       up to 36,000 lbs cargo weight 
20ft reefer container           up to 33,000 lbs cargo weight
40ft standard container       up to 38,000 lbs cargo weight
40ft reefer container           up to 35,000 lbs cargo weight
