US Inland Rate Adjustment wef Sept. 20th, 2009 

Dear customer,

Actual haulage cost in the U.S. have recently increased and our current U.S. Inland tariff is no longer covering basic operating or transportation costs in some areas of the U.S.

In order to maintain a viable service level and a comprehensive hinterland network for our customers, OOCL would like to inform you that U.S. Inland haulage rates will be individually adjusted with effect September 20, 2009.
