we kindly remind you to provide telephone and fax number as well as valid email-address of Consignee and/or Notify Party in any Shipping Instruction submitted to OOCL.  

Please note that the purpose of getting this contact information is to ensure smooth shipment delivery at destination which is essential for us to keep your customer informed prior arrival.

We trust you will agree that our approach is based on our customer’s best interests.

Thus, we would be grateful if you could provide the mentioned information, otherwise OOCL would not issue your Bill of Lading since your shipment would be running a risk of incurring of customs penalty, storage fee, demurrage, detention etc. on account of cargo.
