OOCL would like to remind you that we have filed a St. Petersburg Winter Surcharge (WSC) effective December 01st, 2011 (Sailing Date) through April 30th, 2012 for both dry and reefer cargo going to, from or via the port of St. Petersburg with details as follows:   


FAR EAST
WSC:
- USD100/TEU for all import cargo to St. Petersburg with effect from 1st December 2011 until 30^th April 2012 (by Onboard B/L date);  
- USD 50/container for all export cargo from St. Petersburg with effect from 1st December 2011 until 30^th April 2012 (by Onboard B/L date);

EUROPE

WSC:

- EUR 75/TEU for all import cargo to St. Petersburg with effect from 1st December 2011 until 30^th April 2012 (by sailing date);

- USD 50/container for all export cargo from St. Petersburg with effect from 1st December 2011 until 30^th April 2012(by sailing date);

USA, CANADA and cross-border

WSC:

- USD100/TEU for all import cargo to St. Petersburg with effect from 1st December 2011 until 30^th April 2012 (by the date of gate in at the first intermodal hub);

- USD 50/TEU for all export cargo from St. Petersburg with effect from 1st December 2011  until 30^th April 2012(by the date of gate in at the first intermodal hub).
