Shenzhen - DG certificate format requirement

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you, that Shenzhen Marine Safety Administration (MSA) presently imposes stringent monitor on the “Dangerous Goods (DG)” transport document (DG declaration and container packing certificate) for imported dangerous goods to Shenzhen area.  

We have encountered several cases that electronic signature in any form or manual inserted container-numbers were rejected after submission.

Therefor we have to insist on manually inputted signature and container-numbers as well as input of IMDG code on DG transport document.

Shenzhen area covers ports such as Yantian (YAT01, YAT02) Shekou (SKZ01), Shenzhen (SHZ02), Chiwan (CIW01,CIW02).

Any non-compliance DG document may cause rejection or even penalty.
